What is the ONI Marketplace?
The ONI Marketplace is a secure platform designed to foster collaboration and innovation by enabling users and organizations to participate in various challenges. It provides essential capabilities for joining the marketplace, creating and posting challenges, and leveraging advanced AI tools like the Tally AI Evaluator for challenge assessments.
Can I update my user profile and organizational profile?
Currently, you cannot update your user or organizational profile directly. If you need to make changes, please use the contact form to send us your request, and our team will assist you. We are continuously evolving the platform and plan to add the ability for users to update their profile settings in the future.
How will I know if my request to join an organization has been accepted?
After you search for an organization or create one, the super administrator will be notified of your request and will take the necessary action.
How can I apply to a challenge?
If you're already affiliated with an organization, go to the 'Explore Challenges' page, select a challenge, and you'll be directed to the challenge details. From there, click the 'Apply' button in the top right corner, then follow the steps to upload your documents and complete the application. If you're new to the marketplace, you must be affiliated with an organization to apply to a challenge. If you skipped this step during account creation, you can search for an organization by navigating to the organization settings page from the marketplace settings.
Can I invite Evaluators from within or outside of my organization?
At this time, evaluators cannot be members or admins within your organization. However, you can invite evaluators from outside your organization. To do so, simply go to the challenge page, click the 'Invite Evaluator' button, and enter the evaluator's email address. Please note that currently, only one evaluator can be assigned per challenge. In future updates, we plan to support multiple evaluators for reviewing challenges.
Does it cost anything to join the ONI platform?
No, the ONI platform is completely free and open for industry participants.
Can I apply to multiple challenges?
Yes, you can apply to multiple challenges simultaneously. Simply go to the 'Explore' tab, where you can find and apply to challenges that best suit your organization.
What is the process for approval?
Your application will be reviewed by the organization that created the challenge and its evaluators. Once a decision is made, you will be notified accordingly.
Who can see my application submission documents?
Your application submission documents will only be visible to the organization that posted the challenge and its evaluators.
What are tags?
Tags are keywords or phrases related to the area of interest or practice that your solution may address. You can select from a list of ONI tags where available. Tagging helps increase your visibility when users search for relevant topics.
What is the role of a POC (Point of Contact)?
Points of Contact are users designated by the organization to provide additional information about the challenge or to answer any questions you may have during the application process.
